davepartner.ai (“Bella,” “we,” “us”) provides an AI-powered insurance back-office tool used by independent agents, brokers, and General Agencies. This policy explains, in plain English, what data we collect, why, and your rights over it. If anything below is unclear, email support@davepartner.ai.

Bella relies on a small set of vendors to deliver the service. Each is bound by their own data processing terms and is used only for the purpose listed:

We retain your account and CRM data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, we keep your data for 30 days so you can reactivate, then delete it. You can request earlier deletion at any time. Operational logs are retained for up to 90 days and then rotated.

You may export your data, correct inaccuracies, or request deletion at any time. Email support@davepartner.ai from your account address and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of California, the EU/UK, and other jurisdictions with data-protection laws have additional rights under those laws (access, portability, objection); the same email handles those requests.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Access to production systems is limited to authorized engineers and audited. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect a breach, contact us immediately.

7. Children

Bella is a B2B product and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

If we materially change this policy, we will email account owners at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
